Egg Bake on The Go
6-8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
¾ c. mushrooms
1 c. multi-colored peppers, chopped
¾ c. cheese (of your choice), shredded
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1. Sautee mushrooms
2. Beat eggs
3. Add bacon, peppers, garlic and onion powder and mix well
4. Put mixture in an 11×7 inch Pyrex baking dish
5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top
6. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 25 minutes
7. Cut into squares and refrigerate
